The Westerly Longbow is a modern classic. Guillemot is in superb condition for a boat of her age, with a new Beta Marine 25hp diesel fitted in 2011. An earlier refit in 2007 saw the installation of hot & cold pressurised water, shore power and Eberspacher heating. She also boasts a Garmin 551 colour plotter.
Guillemot is is currently being fitted out with a new cooker and new upholstery for the 2013 season. She will be coded to Category 2 with a full complement of safety equipment.
The Clyde is a perfect cruising area, safe, sheltered and with a wealth of facilities yet still wild enough to get away from it all if that is your preference. Please have a look through our Cruising Area pages for some suggestions and photographs of this fabulous cruising area. For experienced skippers taking a two week charter Northern Ireland and the Southern Hebrides are within easy reach.
The photo on the right shows Guillemot under sail in May 2012 after coming second in the CCC ladies and juniors race. Her racing pedigree continued that year with a first in the Round Lismore race at WHYW.
